The processing described is under the responsibility of Yvon Demol, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI under French law) and publisher of JazzBricks, at 6 rue Pierre Brizon, 59175 Templemars, France. Website delivery and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The host processes connection and security information, including IP addresses and technical request information. Availability and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in providing a secure website. JazzBricks does not create an identified browsing history database or export visitor logs.
Cloudflare uses a global network. Its processing agreement governs transfers outside the European Economic Area, including EU standard contractual clauses where applicable. The agreement and subprocessor list are linked below.
For technical data, Cloudflare bases retention on service provision, security and legal obligations, under its contract and policy. JazzBricks retains no copy of identifying browsing logs.
Infomaniak also provides domain DNS management and redirects jazzbricks.com to www.jazzbricks.com. These services process technical data needed for operation and security under Infomaniak’s terms and privacy policy. Retention is based on service necessity and legal obligations. You may request details at contact@jazzbricks.com.
Email support
If you write to contact@jazzbricks.com, we receive your address, any name, the content, attachments and technical message information. This is used to answer and resolve your request: contract performance for purchased use, or legitimate interests in providing support and fixing issues. Attachments are optional; only relevant information is needed. Do not send Apple passwords or banking details.
The email link opens your email software; the website does not submit a form. Requests received at contact@jazzbricks.com are handled by Yvon Demol and authorized persons using Infomaniak email hosted in Switzerland. Its processing agreement governs the service and its technical providers. Messages are not reused for a newsletter.
Retention and deletion
Exchanges are retained while the request is handled, then for one year after the last substantive exchange in a closed case. Deletion is manual; no automatic purge is promised. Only information needed for a legal obligation or dispute is kept separately for the justified period.
Manual deletion includes the mailbox and trash. Infomaniak advertises a 30-day Service Mail backup restoration window, so technical copies may temporarily remain after deletion. This backup is separate from the support retention rule above.
Links to Apple and other services
External links do not automatically load those services into the page. If you open them, the destination sites apply their own practices. The official download link will be added only when available. The app’s practice data is not sent to this website.
Your rights and requests
For data held by JazzBricks, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@jazzbricks.com. We normally respond within one month; any legally permitted extension will be explained. Proportionate identity verification is requested only when there is reasonable doubt. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
